  Full face rubber expansion joints are economical:

It is very economical for valves with large connections, pipes with high vibration, and pipes with frequent changes in heat and cold.

  Full face rubber expansion joint advantage:

  A. Compared with mechanical expansion and damping, it takes up less space, is lighter in weight, is easy to install and easy to disassemble, saves labor, and has lower cost.
  B. For the same ultimate capacity, it is not necessary to increase the pump and pipe diameter, the inner wall is smooth, the water flow resistance is reduced, and the pipe body parts are not damaged.
  C, has a good waterproof sealing, no need to add padding during installation.

  structure:

  Full face rubber expansion joint adopts the flat welding flange, while the ordinary rubber joint adopts the slotted flange. In addition, the edges of the full face rubber expansion joint are the same as the outer edge of the flange, and the flange is installed when the bolt is installed. It is installed inside the edge of the sphere, which greatly increases the pressure resistance, and can generally reach 2.5Mpa or 4.0Mpa. Full face rubber expansion joints are mainly used in the general connection of pipelines or pipelines with displacement requirements, which can play a role in limiting the displacement.

4. If this product is used for supplying water for high place, anti-pull-off device should be installed if the pipe has or fixed bracket is not as no fixed stay or fixed bracket or the force of fixed bracket is not large than axial force.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Flexible rubber expansion joints shall not exceed the displacement limit during installation.
2. In the installation of bolts to be symmetrical, to gradually pressure and tighten, to prevent  partial  leakage.
3. When the rubber expansion joint is laid flat, suspended, and vertically installed, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the rubber joint should be less than the supporting force of the pipeline, otherwise the anti-lifting device should be installed to prevent the work from being pulled.
4. The installation location of the rubber joint should be kept away from the heat source and ozone area. It is strictly forbidden to irradiate with strong radiation, expose to the sun and use the medium that does not meet the requirements of this product.
5. When the rubber connector is transported, loaded, unloaded or installed, it is strictly forbidden to sharpen the surface sealing surface.
6. When installing DN200mm or above, please use butterfly valve special flange or small diameter flange for mating flange, so as to avoid flange pull-out, misalignment, sealing surface fracturing and water leakage after installation.
