Rubber joints are used in the construction of water treatment plants

The flexible rubber joint is composed of an inner surface layer rubber, a cord layer and a wire ring to form a tubular rubber piece, which is formed by vulcanization and then loosely connected with a metal flange or a parallel surface joint.  Flexible rubber joints can reduce vibration and noise, and can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, and are widely used in various pipeline systems.

Flexible rubber expansion joints basically use rubber, which has the same characteristics as rubber joints such as elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, aging resistance and radiation resistance. It uses high strength, cold and heat resistant polymer. The fat curtain fabric is compounded with the oblique cross and then cured by high pressure and high temperature mold.

The pipeline must have fixed support points or fixed brackets, and the force of the fixed bracket must exceed the axial force. During vertical installation and empty frame installation, opposite fixed brackets and stressed brackets need to be installed on both sides of the product to avoid pulling off after being stressed during work.

Flexible rubber joints are also called rubber joints, rubber flexible joints, soft joints, shock absorbers, pipeline shock absorbers, shock throats, etc. It is a kind of high elasticity, high sealing, medium resistance and weather resistance pipe joints.

The flexible rubber joint adopts a multi-layer sphere structure, which has strong vibration absorption capacity and good vibration and noise reduction effects; it can bear higher pressure, large anti-explosive force and elastic foot; Shift compensation. The main body of the product is made of rubber, which can resist heat, oil, corrosion, acid and aging.
