Application:

C2F type dismantling joint is suitable for transporting seawater, fresh water, hot and cold water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, refined oil, air, gas, steam and granular powder with a temperature not higher than 250 degrees.


Performance:

The C2F type dismantling joint can reduce the pressure thrust (blind plate force) of the connected parts and compensate the pipeline installation error. Thereby extending the service life of the pipeline and protecting the safe operation of the line. And installed on the pipeline line can facilitate the disassembly and maintenance of the valve, and can overcome the adverse effects of the trap on the pipeline. C2F disassembly expansion joints are adjusted according to site size. When working, axial thrust can be transmitted to the entire pipeline.


Structure:

The C2F type dismantling joint is composed of a body, a sealing ring, a gland, a short pipe flange, a force transmission screw and the like. The pipe can be freely stretched and contracted in the allowable amount of expansion and contraction, and once it exceeds its maximum expansion and contraction amount, the limit is obtained. Ensure the safe operation of the pipeline, especially for connections in pipes with vibration or a certain degree of inclination and cornering.

If this product is used for supplying water for high place, anti-pull-off device should be installed if the pipe has or fixed bracket is not as no fixed stay or fixed bracket or the force of fixed bracket is not large than axial force.

Loosen the middle gland nut first, so that the sealing ring is almost inoperable, then adjust the short tube. The adjusted size is 1/2 ΔL, then adjust the joint and remove the first nut of the stud. Install the end of the pipe so that the pipe is centered and the head of the stud is aligned with the pipe flange hole.
The nut pressurization should be symmetrical and gradually tighten.
Then install the other end flange, the analogy.
Gradually press the gland nut symmetrically to fit.
When working, it is found that the partial seal is not strict. The gland nut can be partially pressed to prevent leakage. The seals at both ends are not tight, and the nuts at both ends of the flange are gradually tightened until they are leaked.
